"I do not see myself as expert on either Breast Cancer and Yoga but a facilitator in bringing the two groups together to talk about this in the Philippines because in the US, UK and Canada, even Pakistan, Yoga is already recognized as a practice that helps breast cancer patients.
As many of my teachers---people and experiences---taught me, life’s faltering moments are opportunities to discover self more and to be of service to others. My practice and continuing learning of Yoga led me to find relationships of improving health of women diagnosed with breast cancer and the healing nature of Yoga. Through your support, I would like to put up a fight with breast cancer through education and raising awareness."
May you all be renewed with each breath you breathe.
